The birth of suffering, is the comming of age of one's consiousness, to slowly become more aware and more conscious of things will eventually enlighten you to perceptions of your own suffering. The first time, and the worst time this happens is commonly known as teenage angst and is oftern caused by the ignorance of any number of real world truths (the nonexistants of peer pressure, general miss conceptions and expectations mostly) via an unenlightened enviros.

 

The main truth people who suffer mental anguish are ignorant of is that suffering has a purpose, Learning... When we choose to always learn from suffering we are instantly closer to peace.

 

Another major truth oftern ignored by those who display there suffering selfishly or in a negative way is that every one in existence suffers to some degree.

 

Of Course, much more specific and conscious suffering is due to a lack of acceptance or a distorted perseption of the truth, and with a lack of truth about reality and actuality we can't manipulate or impliment the lessons we have learnt from suffering.

 

So, in point form, I can sum up that thusly;

 

  1. "We all suffer"
  2. "Suffering is to be reversed and learned from, not wasted on destructivity"
  3. "Objectivity can avoid suffering"

 

So remember, All experiences are beneficial in some way, as they all have lessons to be learnt, then used and imparted to make joy (or at least lessen future suffering) And that how much you suffer has alot to do with how you take it.... I mean, just look at what you like in those around you, more oftern then not you will find that it's people's peaceful nature, acceptance, honestly and ability not to suffer and more importantly not to winge about suffering that you like in them. And to emulate that all you need to do is to challenge your self to find what you need in what you have and what you can get, and most people just need peace, and to be at peace with there world (via acceptance).

Accept truth, be pleasant to all u come in contact with, let that be ur power, the power to always be pleasant, and dont let any one let YOU lose that. Peace too all, as we all suffer at the times we lose our peace.

 

When you wake up, The only days work you have on any given day, is to keep your peace, and that means showing it by being outwardly peaceful and loving to those around you, There is too much suffering in the world, i don't want to let it get on top of me and become a contributer to something i hate.

 

That said, also dont forget that suffering should be respected where ever it is found, as it is a great force in the world and means alot to many.

 

So if you hate suffering, then fight it... And Accepting, Reversing and learning from suffering is the best way to convert it into peace

 

You choose your suffering, then you choose how express it. So ask 'why?' then Accept truth, Learn from suffering, evolve and move on.
